This workshop by Expert DOJO is part of our monthly community outreach to help startups and small business everywhere to understand all the funding options out there and for Investors to find out the criteria used by the most successful in the Investment field.  It will be an open discussion with experts in each funding / investment area to give you the information you need, whether you are for profit or non profit, a high tech fast growth company or a product based company.  Over 3 hours we will discuss it all.

Our topics will cover the following

  • Angel Funding
  • Search Funds
  • Grants
  • Foundations
  • Incubators and Accelerators
  • Venture Funding
  • Bank Funding.

Our venue is the beautiful auditorium at the Santa Monica Library and our other partners are the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and the SBDC.  We will also bring entrepreneurs who have raised funding into the conversation and Brian Mac Mahon, head coach from Expert DOJO, will spend some time on the psychology of successful pitching so you walk away with not only a plan but also the execution process.
